We set up CrossFit Valiant to provide Jersey with the best CrossFit facilities, strong coaching and ongoing support. We aim to create a community where working out is fun, inclusive and effective so that you become the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of yourself.
GROUP
TRAINING
Constantly varied, our group training workouts incorporate functional movements. Borrowed from gymnastics, weightlifting and different cardio disciplines, these efficient, safe and effective movements are similar to those you use in every day life. Our carefully planned workouts include scaling and substitution options which allow beginners (including those who may be older, less fit or recovering from injuries) to proceed safely, whilst also challenging advanced athletes. Choose from a variety of classes & programmes, including CrossFit, Valiant, and HYROX, Sweat, Teens, and Seniors.
PERSONAL
TRAINING
Clients may wish to lose weight or gain muscle or are simply nervous about re-joining a gym. Personal training is a fast, effective, individualised approach to results-based training. At Valiant our experienced Coaches will work with you to develop your strength, flexibility, agility, and aerobic endurance. With a focus on technique and achieving a balanced body, we work with you to ensure that your personal training experience is customised to your goals and needs. Personal Training benefits everyone — from people who are just starting out to experienced athletes.
DROP-INS
If you're visiting from another box, we’d love to have you join any of our group training classes. We ask that you have at least 3 months of consistent experience at your local box.

Successfully treating a wide variety of patients in Jersey for 11 years, Jim is an experienced osteopath available for online consultations as well as in-person. WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CLASS?
"Classes run for 1 hour and include a warm up and overview of the movements. An experienced coach will be on hand to guide you through the workout. The coach provides ongoing assistance and feedback on your form and technique. They are also there to motivate and cheer you on."WHAT KIND OF WORKOUTS DO YOU DO?
"Functional fitness means training your body for everyday activities, so as to make daily motion easier and safer. It's for activities like carrying groceries, picking up children, gardening on your knees, walking in nature. We seek to build strength, flexibility and balance for navigating the real world, and we do this by replicating movements necessary in the real world, like squatting, pushing, bending, climbing.All of our programmes are based around Functional Fitness, developing a broad level of fitness, whether you are partaking in our CrossFit classes, our Hyrox, our Sweat, Strong, you name it. Rather than focusing on one single aspect of fitness, we aim to develop many aspects. For example, marathon runners focus on endurance running, powerlifters focus on pure strength, gymnasts need balance and coordination.Our aim is to develop fitness across all domains – cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, strength, power, speed, balance, coordination, flexibility, agility, and accuracy."ARE YOUR WORKOUTS FOR ME?
"Yes. Workouts can be adjusted so anyone can do a version of the workout. This is called SCALING. It does not matter if you are new to fitness, have an injury or mobility issue or are an elite athlete. Coaches are experienced in modifying the workout to suit the individual by changing the movements, reducing the repetitions or other aspects of the workout. They may ask you to lift more or less weight, or to move faster or slower. This is all dependent on the individual they are coaching."DO I NEED TO BE REALLY FIT TO START?
"No. Our programmes will get you in shape. Whatever programme(s) you choose, no matter what your fitness level, each workout is designed to help you succeed, improve your fitness and help you reach your individual goals."HOW DO I SIGN UP?
"If you sign up for any of our memberships, you will get access to a mobile app called Wodify. This will allow you to book your classes as well as to see what the classes workouts are."What is your INTRO package?
"This workout is designed for members who have taken a break from training or who are new to training but want to improve their health and strength through a structured low entry level (2 separate 1-hour personal training sessions one-on-one with a personal trainer) which will allow them to (re)gain their confidence and work towards joining into group classes. The 2 initial INTRO classes focus on foundational movements, technique & skill while gradually introducing participants to the intensity & structure of our main group classes. Coaches provide guidance, support & modifications to ensure participants are moving safely & effectively."What is your 28-DAY BOOTCAMP?
"This programme is a transformational 28-day bootcamp for high achievers ready to shed the weight of stress & regain confidence. Included is a customised nutrition plan, a dedicated supportive coach, and access to 3 functional fitness classes per week. This programmes runs every 4 weeks."We’d love to hear from you
